Quality Policy
Participation Specification Performance Optimization
1.Participation:All the staff are required to form the consciousness of Quality-First, and participate actively to better the Quality Management System, with insistence of executives at all levels.
2.Specification:We take related terms and requirements of ISO/TS16949 as our yardstick, considering customers` specific requirements and actual situation of company. And try to standardize every process sequence and create operation instructions.
3. Performance: We adopt the analytical method of “Turtle chart” to analyze and optimize the statistics on manpower, machinery, material, technics and environment etc. And work out process targets to boost the performance.
4. Optimization:This refers not only to cost-effective and high-quality products, but more to the responsive service. Customer satisfaction , even to exceed their expectation ,is our purpose.

General Quality Goals
1. Percentage of Punctual Delivery:
For automotive  products          100%
For non-automotive Products      ≥95%
2.  Fraction Defective
For automotive products       ≤100PPM
For non-automotive products     ≤1.0%

Note: We strictly abide by IS0/TS16949, and make more than 40 sub-goals, which covers  all operation processes.
